BlueCloudUSA is a growing telecommunications company based in San Diego. We are looking for an energetic person to join our Support Team. The installation technical support representative will help install new BlueCloud customer phone systems onsite, assist our Support Team with support inquiries & calls, conduct onsite technical trainings and site visits.

We are looking for an individual with a technical background and an understanding of networks, routers and telecom systems. Experience in the Telecommunication, IT and/or Internet industry is a plus, but not necessary for the position.

We are a telecommunications company that strives for the best internal team communication in addition to top-notch quality service and customer support. Our team members communicate  with one another and have the tools to stay organized and on track throughout every process.  Completing BlueCloud installations means making sure businesses have proper wiring setup, installing physical telecom hardware or virtual software for every new customer employee, making sure the Internet is working at each work station, every phone is up and running, understanding what customers want and need, resolving any last minute tech issues, making  changes to a customers’ existing account with our team or adding additional features to an account and everything in between. In order to do a great job, this means communicating  with the support and on-boarding teams and using the project management tools in place to create successful installations and site visits.

Installation & Technical Support Representative

Compensation Range & Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate of $18-20/hour based on experience. Full time position.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete one site customer installations and on site visits to customers
  • On site customer support, customer happiness, customer experience- provide the best  possible interaction with all customers at all times
  • Make sure questions and inquires are answered and resolved as soon as possible
  • On site educational trainings and follow up visits

Toughest Parts Of The Job:

  • Managing multiple phone installations and prioritizing issues in order of urgency
  • Troubleshooting and determining issues during an installation
  • Resolving Network and connectivity issues with customers and Internet Service Providers
  • Determining the overall telecom installation needs and wiring needs of customers and how to guarantee a smooth installation process
  • Conversing with people in person, by email, ticket and phone and tracking the communication in our systems
  • Managing your time between installations, trainings and on site support needs
