In addition, with BlueCloud state-of-the-art hardware and software your voice quality will be as good if not better than any system you currently have. We provide HD voice for the best clarity and quality.

Will BlueCloud’s phone lines work for credit card processing and for calls to my alarm company?
Currently all digital phone service providers are restricted from providing connectivity with credit card processors and alarm central stations. For technical reasons they require the old-fashioned analog lines for their communication. You will need to keep a single phone company line operational for that purpose.
Is it true that faxing doesn’t work through digital systems?
While some other providers have a poor track record with faxing, we have superior technology that enables reliable faxing domestically. With this technology you get additional functionality that you would not receive with a traditional fax line, such as fax-to-email, faxing direct from your computer and a digital copy of every fax accessible through a web management portal.
